By using the DRFT mobile or web apps you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

DRFT streams AI-generated music produced and owned by DRFT. The service is provided as-is and may change or be discontinued at any time.

2. Intellectual property

All artists, tracks, cover art, and audio in DRFT are AI-generated and exclusively owned by DRFT. You may listen for personal, non-commercial use. You may not download, redistribute, remix, or use the audio commercially without written permission.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to scrape, mirror, or extract audio from the service.
• Do not reverse-engineer the apps or attack the infrastructure.
• Do not use DRFT in ways that violate applicable laws.

4. No warranty

DRFT is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
